About the Harvest Park Music Boosters

History

Harvest Park Music Boosters (HPMB), a Section 501(c)(3) organization, was formed in 2017 at the behest of Robin Munsell, who was the Harvest Park principal at the time. HPMB’s tax ID is 82-1545940.

Purpose

The purpose of HPMB is to support the Harvest Park Middle School (HPMS) Music Program and provide a positive experience for HPMS music students.

HPMB achieves these goals by working with the directors of the Music Program to provide physical and financial support to the Music Program and promote Music Program activities.

The Harvest Park Music Department receives limited funds from Pleasanton Unified School District that are not enough to cover the $20,000 in classroom expenses incurred annually by the department. Your gifts help provide sheet music, new instruments, instrument repairs, and supplies. Donations to the Harvest Park Music Boosters also support the festivals and conferences your music student will attend during the upcoming school year.

Membership

All parents and/or legal guardians of current students in the HPMS Music Program are members of HPMB.

Members will receive official HPMB publications and can attend all general membership meetings, where they can discuss, introduce, and vote on business matters relating to HPMB.
